This is a very sad story of abandonment and abuse. Loki ended up in an awful place as a tiny puppy he was left in a kill station to die . Just a pup had lost hope of ever being rescued alive he became withdrawn.
He was terrified, shaking, hungry, thirsty and fearful when we took him out of the Pound.
He is a beautiful, loving dog that needs a special home quickly
