Description
This is Alfie a 3 year old pocket bully (31kg) a fantastic loving family dog that we've been asked to re-home (from the Plymouth area) through no fault of his own. The family's working arrangements have changed and are no longer able to be home as much as Alfie needs them. This has not been an easy decision for the owners they are heartbroken and want him to have the best chance of getting the right home, they have passed on this information to help us do that.
Alfie is just so human orientated, his family are his entire world. He’s Never shown an ounce of aggression to anyone since he was a puppy. Loves cats and children. Loves to play, he woofs when he wants to play with his toys which are then put in an accessible area for him. You can take anything from his mouth without an ounce of resistance food or toys. He loves the sun, sleeps a lot and loves to be wrapped up with a blanket and pillow easy for those duvet days and at night he normally sleeps on the bed or sofa. He doesn't need a lot of exercise, he is a little lazy but still needs two walks a day, his recall is not good and he is no let off the lead, only in paddocks.
He was attacked as a pup so does not like other dogs running up to him while he’s on the lead; he does not react first but if a dog is aggressive to him, he will growl back but he is good with other dogs if introduced properly and slowly.
